Online Store Return Policy
You may return your online purchase within 30 days of shipping date for an exchange, or refund in the manner in which the purchase was paid for. Purchases made with Frost Science Gift Cards (or prior store credit) will be returned in the form of store credit only.
We can only exchange or refund merchandise that is in original and saleable condition, with labels attached and in original, intact packaging.
You can return merchandise purchased online either in person at the Museum Science Store, or you can return to us via the US mail or other delivery carrier to the address below. If mailing/shipping your return we highly recommend insuring your return and using a delivery method that allows for tracking; the Museum will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Your name and address must be included on the label. Packages will not be accepted without a return name and address.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipping date and will be refunded or exchanged in the museum’s discretion.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances, in which event we ask you to please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may better assist you.
- The items(s) has a manufacturer defect or is defective.
- The shipping carrier has lost the package.
- You have received an incorrect order.
- The item was damaged during shipment (you must include pictures of the damaged shipping container and damaged item(s).
All masks, consumables, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
